JOB DESCRIPTIONFinance ManagerSR2 is looking for a Finance Manager to join a professional services business of ours. The client is looking to get someone started ASAP and can interview/ offer this week.The client can pay up to £55,000 and would require you to work 2 days a week on site in Swindon. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information, compliance with regulatory requirements, and the overall financial health of the business.Who are we looking for?We are seeking a fully CIMA qualified individual with experience within a professional services environment and ideally someone with experience of working within Private Equity backed organisations.The perfect candidate will have a proven track record of success in similar roles at their current or previous organisations.The individual will also have a keen focus on systems efficiencies and process improvement within the finance realm, as we look to move away from manual, outdated processes.*Financial Reporting & Analysis
