In addition to offering innovative streaming services and digital video products, the company provides powerful capabilities in production, distribution and advertising solutions.This is a 12 Month Fixed Term role is based in Camden (London)Hybrid working availableAs the International Marketing & Distribution Finance Manager for Pluto TV, you’ll play a pivotal role within Paramount’s fast-evolving Streaming organization, directly supporting the rapid international expansion of Pluto TV beyond the US.In this role, you will be the primary Marketing & Distribution finance partner for key territories across Europe, LATAM, and Canada. You’ll manage all aspects of the finance cycle – from actuals to forecasts – in an increasingly complex and dynamic environment. This is a unique opportunity to drive impact within a company at the heart of Paramount’s global streaming strategy.Functions will also include:Key Finance stakeholder and ownership of our Distribution & Marketing deals across 15+ live markets, accurate reporting and forecasting (short / long term) of our Distribution & Marketing expenses, and partnering with the operational teams with insightful analysis to support decision makingManage the day-to-day relationship with the operational teams, ensuring that the Finance team is a trusted partner through provision of insightful analysis to support decision making.Close liaison with the wider finance organisation for forecasting, and the transactional-processing teams for actuals, and to provide local assistance as required in order to produce accurate monthly financial reporting.Assist in the implementation and maintenance of internal controls, working with the Compliance Function and Controllers Group to ensure Sarbanes Oxley requirements are met.Work on optimizing existing data workflows and accounting processes Leveraging and manipulating data for reports when neededInform Marketing strategy based on spend efficiency and ROI analysesWhat are we looking for in a Digital Sales Media Planner? What’s important?Educated to degree level, with a Professional accountancy qualificationDemonstrable post qualification experience within a fast paced, multinational, constantly evolving environment (3-5 years). Previous management experience is a plusAnalytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
