We are seeking an diligent Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations and to facilitate sound business decisions. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment within the FMCG industry and has a strong foundation in accounting and finance. Would suit a Senior Finance Assistant, Finance Officer or similar looking for a new challengeThe Role:

• Oversee and manage the financial department’s daily operations
• Monitor and manage all aspects of the company’s finance and accounting
• Ensure financial records are updated accurately and in a timely manner
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies, and support with budget preparation, financial analysis and forecasting.
• Optimise business performance through financial insight and analysis.
• Manage financial controls and audit processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Maintain and foster relationships with internal departments and external partners, such as banks and auditors.

• Proficiency in financial software
• Strong knowledge of financial services and practices
