Make it your story.This position reports toLocal Business Controller, UKYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to lead local finance teams and act as a business partner to the Marketing and Sales business to optimize financial performance for the organization under scope. Each day, you will support in making effective business-decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data. You will also showcase your expertise by recommending the most appropriate solutions to management. The work model for the role is: #hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification business in Ireland. Main stakeholders are the local Sales and Marketing, Finance, Commercial Operations functions. You will be mainly accountable for: •Serving as a key partner to the Sales and Marketing organisation in determining strategy for your own area of responsibility and developing a global business model, aligning with wider strategy, implementing, and adjusting the implementation plan, as needed. •Oversees the business reporting, planning and forecasting process and reviews/challenges the accuracy. •Driving appropriate cost structure, productivity optimization, and capital efficiency with special focus on profitability, demand analysis, go-to-market, Return on Investment (RoI), and sales efficiency. •Ensuring timely and efficient communication with relevant internal customers to identify and discuss issues for improvement of operations, work quality and efficiency for your area of responsibility.Qualifications for the role

• CIMA or ACCA certified.
• Finance experience with strategic business partnering skills ideally in large global companies.
• Proficient in SAP and advanced Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Strong ability to lead business planning and forecasting processes to ensure financial stability and growth.
• Skilled in conducting thorough financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
