Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading Global Electronics Manufacturing Company in their search for a Finance Assistant to work in their offices in LeedsFor the successful Finance Assistant our client is offering:

  • Salary Negotiable
  • Monday to Friday (0845 – 1730)
  • Permanent
  • Benefits: 23 days annual leave plus public bank holidays, long service increment up to 25 days, Company pension, Employee discount

The role – Finance Assistant:

  • Responsible for purchase ledger; posting vendor invoices and expenses
  • Check purchase invoices using the SAP system
  • Arrange payments through the online banking system
  • Process monthly bank reconciliation
  • Assist with supplier and vendor onboarding; bank details and processes relating to business trade from a financial perspective
  • Liaise with 3rd parties where necessary; HMRC, Auditors, Accountants and company bank representatives

What our client is looking for in a Finance Assistant Role:

  • 3 Years experience in an accounts or finance role – ESSENTIAL
  • Degree level education – DESIREABLE
  • SAP System knowledge – DESIREABLE
  • Experience working in industry accounts / finance department – DESIRABLE
