Meaningful Work From Day One

The Finance Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy of our financial data and reporting, assisting in providing strategic insights that support critical business decisions and driving the continuous improvement of our finance operations. In this role, you’ll partner with different teams to track performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive financial outcomes that align with our long-term goals.

What You Can Expect

● Responsibility for financial reporting and analysis, providing insights and commentary on monthly, quarterly and annual performance.

● Support the internal performance cycles including monthly finance reviews, forecast submissions, MBR/QBR analyse, IBP inputs and annual Country Plan process.

● Partner with cross functional teams to provide financial guidance and support.

● Management of T&E reporting, budgeting, analysis and tracking to forecast.

● Support and development of price promotional forecast and analysis.

● Monthly responsibility for the Indirect P&L reporting.

● Support analysis on COGs, investigating variances and driving improvements on reporting, forecasting and analysis.

● Responsibility for the reporting and management of the On Premise contract process and the Field Sales Short Term Incentive program.

● Support the budgeting and evaluation of A&P spend and activities, including MRM.

● Manage the internal (SAP) product & pricing system updates; looking for ways to improve the process and support the upskilling of the Commercial team to self-service where possible.

● Manage financial systems and ensure the integrity of financial data, supporting process improvements and automating reporting.

● Provide ad-hoc analysis and support for business cases, cost-benefit evaluations, and financial scenarios.

What You Bring to the Table

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

● Expertise in Excel, financial modeling, and experience with financial systems (ERP software such as SAP or Oracle is a plus).

● Proven ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

● Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency in financial data.

● Strong business acumen and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to drive results.

What Makes You Unique

● Tertiary qualifications Bachelor Business/Commerce/Economics with working towards a CPA/CA advantageous

● Experience with FMCG sector and similar high excise/duty/regulatory industry advantageous

● An analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing business needs.

● Strong technical ability and systems experience with SAP/BW, excel and other relevant reporting and data management systems and Tableau experience advantageous.

● A desire to continuously learn and grow within the finance function.
