About the Role:
As a Field Service Engineer, you will work directly with our innovative medical equipment and technologies. In this hands-on position, you’ll provide technical support, complete repairs, and manage customer requirements. Your contributions will create a seamless technical service experience that significantly impacts hospital and patient outcomes
This is a fixed term contract for 12 months.

What You Will Do:

Provide onsite technical support, completing repairs and preventative maintenance for Stryker-installed equipment.

Ensure the highest standards of service across Australia and New Zealand.

Develop strong, communicative relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to enhance brand awareness.

Collaborate with our Senior Field Service Engineer to meet KPIs and goals.
What You Will Need:
-
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with a passion for customer service.

Ability to operate small hand tools and perform troubleshooting and repairs.
-
Proven mechanical and electrical problem-solving skills.
-
A positive team attitude and a willingness to learn.
-
Own vehicle and driver’s license; electrical license and tagging/testing experience are desirable.
