As a Field Service Engineer , you’ll be the face of our business, ensuring our customers receive first-class service and technical support. From troubleshooting and maintenance to building strong relationships with ambulance teams and health care professionals, you’ll play a key role in making sure our innovative medical technology performs at its best.

This role is based in Cairns with regular travel. We welcome applications from mechanics, tradespeople, engineers, or anyone with 3+ years of hands-on technical experience and a passion for customer service.

• Be the trusted expert: Build strong, lasting relationships with our customers by providing outstanding service and support.

• Solve technical challenges: Conduct on-site repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting for Stryker medical equipment.

Who We’re Looking For

Required:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing field service role, trade, mechanical, or hands-on technical position.

• Strong customer service mindset with a focus on problem-solving and building relationships.

• Full working rights in Australia.

• A valid driver’s license and your own vehicle (an electrical license or tagging/testing experience is a bonus).

Preferred:

• Experience in the medical device industry or similar
