My client is seeking to hire a motivated and proactive Field Sales Representatives for either the Heat Pump or Insulation divisions, representing the business to promote and sell heat pump systems/insulation products to residential and commercial clients. You will engage with customers to understand their heating, and cooling insulation needs, provide expert advice on product options, and deliver customised solutions that enhance comfort and energy efficiency.Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with potential clients to assess their needs and provide expert recommendations.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of various insulation types (e.g., fiberglass, spray foam, cellulose) or heat pump technologies (e.g. air source, ground source systems) and their applications.
• Create and deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations that highlight the benefits of insulation / heat pump solutions.
• Prepare detailed proposals, cost estimates, and project specifications tailored to customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing communication and support throughout the sales process.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new insulation/heat pump technologies to position our products effectively.
• Educate customers about insulation/heat pump benefits, energy efficiency, and proper installation practices.
• Work closely with installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.

Skills and Competencies

• Proven track-record in Sales, preferably HVAC or Energy Efficiency sectors
• Leaving Certificate
• Excellent HVAC / Refrigeration knowledge with a proven sales record.
• Strong understanding of heat pump technology and energy-efficient systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to service excellence.
• Relevant certifications in HVAC or energy efficiency preferred
