Field Sales ManagerEssex and East AngliaAre you ready to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional results in the On-Trade?We’re seeking an experienced Field Sales Manager to join a Top 5 leading global drinks company, managing a key geographic territory within Essex and East Anglia.These brands are EVERYWHERE, it’s a portfolio to be proud of and their name is instantly recognisable.This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of the On-Trade channel by driving performance, cultivating strategic partnerships, and fostering a culture of excellence.The Role:As a Field Sales Manager, you’ll be accountable for the overall performance of your region, leading a multifunctional team across sales, activation, and technical disciplines. Reporting to the Head of Field Sales, you’ll leverage your commercial expertise and leadership skills to drive market share, NSV, and exceptional execution standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Results: Own and achieve regional value share, NSV, and distribution targets by executing key initiatives, winning contracted accounts, and enhancing brand presence.
- Strategic Leadership: Build market-leading relationships with regional sales directors and key stakeholders, making the company a preferred supplier in the region.
- Team Management: Lead and develop a diverse team of sales, activation, and technical professionals to deliver outstanding performance.
- On-Trade Execution: Implement strategic plans to elevate brand visibility and quality standards in the independent free trade sector.
- Insight-Driven Action: Use market data and insights to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and accelerate business growth.
- Foster Culture: Create an inclusive, high-performing team culture that inspires innovation and collaboration.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in commercial leadership, managing P&Ls, and delivering strong results.
- Expertise in contract negotiations, joint business planning, and customer relationship management.
- A deep passion for the On-Trade and a strong ability to build strategic partnerships.
- Exceptional people management skills, with a track record of developing and inspiring teams.
- A growth mindset, with the creativity and agility to solve dynamic business challenges.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate data into impactful actions.
