If you think you have what it takes to keep Septentrio firmly in Pole Position, get in touch.We need you for the position ofField Application EngineerThe JobOur Field Application Engineer actively supports the sales managers in the pre-sales process with technical expertise on GNSS/INS positioning systems.Your MissionAs Field Application Engineer you’ll also be responsible for guiding our OEM and systems customers through the evaluation and integration of our highly capable GNSS and GNS/INS positioning systems. You’ll work closely with our sales teams, as well as our engineering and product management teams. Your continuous feedback will help define the roadmap for our next generation of products. We need you on our side.Your QualificationsYou have a master’s level or PhD in Electronical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or communications systems/computer science or similar. You know much more than a thing or two about hardware and software integration, and have preferably some experience with GNSS receivers, UHF Radios, Cellular Modems, WIFI routers, serial interfaces, and so on.You are a keen learner with an eye for market opportunities and a heart for deadlines and critical thinking. We’d love it if you feel perfectly comfortable with engineer-to-engineer engagements and have no issues with being in a customer facing role. You’re also quite good at explaining complex concepts in a straightforward manner.
