We’re looking for an Assistant Bar Manager who shares our passion for delivering an unrivalled level of service. Key Responsibilities include:

• This unique role will allow you to grow your experience within our buy Sydney Common Bar

• Own the operation of the bar, with the support from the Food and Beverage Manager

• Ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and profit contribution

• Provide ongoing training and continual departmental improvement

• Take ownership of and offer problem solving initiatives ensuring both the Guest’s and Hotel/Departments interests are met.

About You:

• Thorough understanding of classic cocktails and bar operations

• Ability to be creative on the menu

• Passion to build, lead and mentor a team that is second to none

• 2-3 years minimum leadership experience in a five star hotel or high end cocktail bar

• Excellent time management, managerial and organisational skills

• Full working rights in Australia and NSW RSA
