Berkshire – £35,000 – £50,000 Personal Injury – Solicitor/Legal ExecutiveLocation: SloughAbout the RoleI am currently seeking a Fast Track Litigator specialising in Personal Injury to deliver exceptional service to claimants pursuing a Personal Injury claim. This role involves managing your own casework, primarily handling claims outside the portal, and supporting senior solicitors and partners.Key Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload of Fast Track Personal Injury claims (Employer Liability, Public Liability, Road Traffic Accidents) outside the portal, following procedural and funding guidelines.
• Assess Portal cases with denied liability and make strategic decisions about whether to proceed with litigation.
• Investigate and apply relevant medical and legal aspects of claims to advocate effectively for clients.
• Support Portal Caseworkers in identifying claims likely to fall outside the portal.
• Gain an understanding of financial file management (including WIP, billing, and profitability) and work to meet or exceed targets.
• Maintain compliance with external regulations, ensuring high-quality work and exceptional client care.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Qualified solicitor with 2 years + PQE
• Extensive experience with Fast Track PI cases, both within and outside the portal, and the ability to support Portal Caseworkers.
• Strong academic background, with proven experience litigating PI claims.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-care skills, with sensitivity and empathy.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating effective problem-solving, time management, and business acumen.
