Farm Business Consultant/Director Designate

Due to growth in our client base, and also a succession strategy, we now seek an additional member to join our team. An opening within the firm offers scope for a senior position to assist and be involved in taking the business forward.Active Business Partnerships (Consultancy) provides farm business management and strategic input to clients largely on the east coast from South East Scotland to Lincolnshire. Our progressiveapproach provides an ongoing and bespoke service to clients to assist them with the development of their businesses. In addition we undertake an increasing number of one off strategic business reviews.We are looking for an enthusiastic and self motivated individual with a formal qualification and relevant experience across a range of agricultural enterprises. You will be able to competently take on some of the existing workload and then move to building your own portfolio of clients with assistance from the two principal partners.Following a successful probationary period you will be eligible for an equity holding within the business, as well as a directorship.Your skills will range from technical expertise, IT and business analysis together with the ability to formulate a logical strategy and be able to clearly communicate this to the client. You will be able to gain respect and then have the drive and ability to work with clients to pursue agreed route forward.We can offer the opportunity to join a business with a strong and varied workload, a chance to develop your skills and abilities and a package which recognises and rewards effort and success.
