The RoleOur client is seeking a skilled Legal Secretary to join there busy and thriving family law department.The ideal candidate will be providing first class administrative support to senior lawyers and legal executives in a very fast paced environment.Job Duties

• Organise and maintain legal documents and case files
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates
• Assist in preparing legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, and appeals
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel
• Conduct audio typing of legal correspondence and documents
• Manage office correspondence and emails
• Utilise Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel, and Word

Candidate Profile

• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in administrative tasks
• Excellent time management abilities
• Effective communication skills
• Experience in audio typing
