The Facilities Site Manager will manage service delivery for a high-profile contract while also being actively hands-on with technical tasks. This role focuses on service quality, client satisfaction, and team coordination, with direct involvement in Hard and Soft Services, such as maintenance, cleaning, and security. The position requires strong technical skills in addition to experience in managing service delivery within production, engineering, or logistics environments.Main Responsibilities:

• Manage budgets and control costs.
• Ensure quality standards and client support are met.
• Maintain a safe working environment and prevent business disruptions.
• Oversee contracts, ensuring equipment is maintained per site-specific and regulatory requirements.
• Provide off-site support via subcontractors and mobile engineers.
• Guide clients on energy management to reduce costs.
• Develop and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and KPIs.
• Ensure staff training and HR compliance.
• Prepare monthly reports and ensure Health & Safety compliance.
• Support commercial functions like tendering and contract management.
• Conduct site audits and ensure work quality and compliance.
• Build client relationships, suggest improvements, and manage projects.
• Lead staff recruitment, development, and motivation.

Key Requirements:

• 4+ years of management experience in a regulated production environment.
• Project management experience.
• Team management experience.
• Relevant technical qualification/trades background
• Familiarity with CAFM/CMMS systems.
• Strong communication, client management, and leadership skills.

• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
