Job Description Summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll support the management of building maintenance schedules, contractor relationships, invoicing, and enhance the overall experience for our clients and their people.

Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the Facilities Management team to deliver services across multiple site portfolios.

  • Managing day-to-day operations such as preventative maintenance, contractor coordination, and work order management.

  • Responding to urgent maintenance issues and ensuring seamless operations.

  • Collaborating with external stakeholders (clients, landlords, vendors) and internal teams (engineering, HSSE, finance, sustainability).

  • Ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and safety obligations.

  • Supporting sustainability initiatives and financial reporting through accurate data management.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Experience in a Facilities Administrator, Maintenance Coordinator, or similar role will be highly regarded.

  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in managing client relationships and delivering on service level agreements (SLAs).

  • A background in hospitality or customer service is a plus.

  • A Diploma in Facilities Management is preferred but not essential.
