Here’s a snapshot of your day;
Oversees and coordinates maintenance and repairs for all maintenance requests and manages soft services within the office
Manage the client and vendor relationships
Performs daily floor walks and facilities inspections and prepares reports as required
Responds to client inquiries, complaints and issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure all work orders are completed and jobs closed with KPI timeframes
May coordinate and manage moves and change activities.
Assists in obtaining vendor quotes and approvals and raising Purchase Orders in systems
Ensuring Work Health & Safety is adhered to and monthly safety observations recorded
Computer literate, and willing to learn and manage internal systems
About you:
Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, using SharePoint and Microsoft Office Outlook skills
Dedicated to exceptional customer service and has a customer centric approach to all tasks
Previous experience in facilities, hospitality, or related role
