Facilities Assistant

Location: Diageo, St. James’s Gate, Dublin 8

Salary: €14.50 per hour

Hours: 25 hours per week

Shifts: 5 out of 7 days per week

Contract Type: Fixed Term – Full Time

As a Facilities Assistant at Sodexo, based at Diageo St. James’s Gate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of the site. You will contribute to a well-maintained and safe environment, supporting both the business and those who use the facilities every day.

What You’ll Do:

• Carry out general grounds maintenance and facilities support across the site.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks to keep the premises in top condition.
• Ensure all external areas are kept clean, tidy, and hazard-free.
• Support the wider facilities team with ad-hoc tasks and site upkeep.
• Follow all health & safety regulations to maintain a secure working environment.

What You Bring:

• Experience in a facilities, maintenance, or groundskeeping role.
• A valid driving licence (essential for site coverage).
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• A strong focus on safety and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work shifts across a 5/7 schedule.
