• Process spare parts for dispatch to both UK and international airports using supplier portals.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain transport quotations and make transportation bookings.
• Assist with export arrangements, including the preparation of export documentation and declarations through the Chamber of Commerce e-cert portal.
• Raise various certificates specific to the country of entry and organise necessary travel arrangements for staff.
• Undertake any operational ad hoc duties as required by the departmental line manager.
• Ensure accurate and efficient management of tasks within a busy office environment.

What You Will Bring:

• A positive ‘can do’ attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a busy office environment, ideally with a focus on customer service.
• Competence in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and preferably a basic knowledge of Sage.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
• An understanding of export protocols would be advantageous, though not essential as full training will be provided.
