The successful candidate will specialise in one of our core niche areas: Accounting, Insurance, Banking, Funds and Asset Management, Technology or Legal, and will pride themselves on being an integral part of a multi-award-winning agency.Role:
As a Recruiter with us, you’ll drive our efforts in sourcing top-tier talent within your niche area. Your expertise in agency recruiting will be of utmost importance as you navigate this competitive industry, identifying and engaging with high-calibre professionals to match them with the outstanding opportunities our client base offers.Requirements:

• Proven track record (12 months+) in agency recruiting in Ireland within any of our core disciplines outlined above
• A solid understanding of the financial services industry in Ireland.
• Strong networking skills to cultivate relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Ambitious and eager to contribute to our agency’s continued success.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with clients to comprehend their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates to match client requirements.
• Foster lasting relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process.
