This requires a talented and diverse team behind the scenes, who enable everyone at L&G to do what they do best.Joining us means helping to improve the lives of our customers and contributing to the success of the business every day.Job DescriptionAs an integral member of the Executive Hiring team; you will be responsible for providing support and coordination to ensure the smooth running of leadership hiring across L&G.This will include interview and meeting scheduling, the proactive and accurate monitoring of search processes, and weekly / monthly/ quarterly reporting. You will also provide support on project workstreams to help deliver the broader objectives of the function, while contributing to a positive candidate and customer experience.It is an exciting time to be joining this growing in-house function, providing exposure to senior leaders, involvement in a wide variety of projects and the opportunity to build experience within Executive Search / Talent Acquisition.What you’ll be doing:
- Responsible for providing administrative support and coordination to ensure the smooth running of leadership searches, including interview, assessment, and meeting scheduling.
- Reporting: using our applicant tracking system (Smart) and our available dashboards (in Power BI) to provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to our stakeholders.
- Bespoke packs: using templates to create bespoke high-quality packs (for candidates and hiring managers) which enhance our processes. Sending welcome gifts to successful candidates.
- Invoice management: responsible for processing all invoices for the Strategic Resourcing team.
- You will also provide support on project workstreams in a timely and professional way to help deliver the broader objectives of the function. This could include conducting a web-based research project or supporting with the smooth running of in person & virtual events.
QualificationsWho we’re looking for:
- Experience of working in a Recruitment team or an HR team.
- Previous administrative experience, and project co-ordination.
- Experience of balancing, organising, and working on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising own work to meet challenging deadlines, with a commitment to quality, detail, and excellent deliverables.
- Experience of working with people at all levels of an organisation, receiving and delivering complex and sensitive information in both verbal and written communications.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational / project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build deep and trusted relationships at all levels across the business.
