I am seeking a senior chef to head up a central production kitchen as Executive Project chef. This Executive project chef will lead the kitchen brigade as well and the food development for each client. This is an exciting opportunity to join the senior chef team. I need a chef who is organized and is very good with logistics to make sure food is produced in a timely manner ready for each client.This Executive project chef will play a key part in developing bespoke menus for different clients, they will also be involved in the wider business on different projects as the business grows. Event planning including menus, costings, logistics and team management is essential in this role.
- Executive / Development chef
- Central production or events experience
- Accountable for the financial results associated to the CPU ensuring areas like margin, waste, stock control and KPIs are achieved.
- Responsible for all the logistics. E.g. Drivers and Fleet
- Ensuring compliance to CPU standard operating procedures.
- Responsible for Menu Development and Specification with Nutritional balance for our delivered-in contract
- Tendering for new business. E.g. attending Site Visit, planning presentation and tasting
- Food safety
- Strong leader
- work closely with senior manager
- Monday to Friday
