We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity to join an innovative Renewable Energy Development firm based in Dublin 2. Reporting directly to the CEO, we are seeking a versatile Executive Assistant to support the business operations. This role is a direct response to the exponential growth of the organization over the past six months.The ideal candidate is an experienced Personal/Administrative Assistant with a proven ability to cultivate relationships across all levels of an organization. They must possess exceptional communication skills, adeptly navigate challenges, and assist in prioritizing tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to drive sustainable energy solutions and be a part of a dynamic team committed to making a meaningful impact on the world.Salary/Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate executive calendars with precision and foresight.
  • Prioritize and self-manage workload effectively.
  • Facilitate the logistics of meetings, including scheduling and coordination.
  • Arrange travel, transportation, and accommodation for the team and visitors as needed.
  • Assist the accountancy team with tasks such as managing receipts, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Ensure adherence to the company’s code of conduct and policies.
  • Support staff onboarding processes.
  • Represent the organization with professionalism, courtesy, and astuteness in all interactions.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven 3 years’ experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams; experience with Xero Accountancy Software is advantageous.
  • Third-level education preferred but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated good judgment, confidence, and effective communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt, with a commitment to long-term engagement with the company.
