  • Build and execute on social and email marketing campaigns for lead generation and engaging existing delegates
  • Join forces with the Events Marketing Manager to launch a series of thrilling events throughout the year! Dive into strategic planning, collaborate with design to bring vibrant visions to life, manage dynamic website content, craft engaging email campaigns, create a social media buzz and partner with various business stakeholders to execute.
  • Assist with the main portfolio of events and intimate forums, offering the exciting opportunity to travel and provide on-site support
  • Design dynamic dashboards, launch impactful campaigns, and set and monitor targets using Salesforce
  • Brief and collaborate with a video editing team to create captivating launch videos, work with them on-site, and coordinate short videos to market throughout the year. Keeping the momentum going with a year-long campaign.
  • Run affiliate marketing campaigns through speakers, sponsors, media partners and attendees to drive lead generation for our delegate sales team
  • Ensure event websites are up to date with speaker, partner assets, speakers, aligning with event agendas
  • Support with the production of marketing and sales assets and sales enablement materials, briefing in design and copy suggestions
  • Support the companies pledge to stay ahead in terms of sustainability in the event space
  • Develop mutually beneficial relationships with key voices in the market, including media partners, publications and influencers

Key Attributes, Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a marketing environment (preferred)
  • Experience creating engaging copy across all platforms (email, website, social media etc.)
  • Foundation design skills in Powerpoint and photoshop (preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail
  • Ability to communicate and build relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Proactive approach and positive mindset
  • Passion and commitment for sustainability

Compensation and Benefits:This role offers a base salary of £27,000 – £30,000 depending on experience.
