Role OverviewFUEL seeks a proactive and detail-oriented Event Producer to join our team full-time. This role provides essential support across all event production stages, from client briefing and concept ideation to planning, execution, and post-event evaluation. Working closely with senior team members, the Event Producer will contribute to delivering impactful events that meet client needs and exceed expectations.About FUELFUEL is a global Experience and Entertainment Group based in Dublin and the US, specialising in brand and employee experience, content production, streaming, technology, festivals, and gifting. We’re a team of 55 dedicated creators, engineers, and producers delivering innovative events and solutions that engage global audiences and elevate brands.Key Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction & Requirements Management
  • Understand client briefs and requirements deeply, developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Regularly liaise with clients to clarify event requirements, ensuring client satisfaction by updating them clearly and consistently on project timelines and progress.
  • Event Planning & Logistics
  • Support or lead the planning of live, virtual, and hybrid events
  • Develop detailed event proposals and project plans, including CPAs, running orders, staff schedules, crew rosters, and call sheets.
  • Conduct research to identify suitable venues, suppliers, and contractors, negotiating terms and securing hires as needed.
  • Manage supplier relationships and oversee all event logistics, including venue, catering, travel arrangements, and setup of infrastructure.
  • On-Site Event Coordination
  • Actively coordinate suppliers and handle client queries on live event days, troubleshooting issues to ensure events run smoothly and within budget.
  • Provide full briefings to on-site staff, oversee setup, and ensure the event infrastructure meets health and safety standards.
  • Oversee the dismantling and removal of event materials, clearing the venue efficiently post-event.
  • Production & Creative Input
  • Support or lead all production elements from concept to execution and wrap-up, coordinating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas and helping translate event visions into creative visuals and presentations.
  • Assist with budget management, tracking expenditures, and ensuring events meet the financial targets.
  • Post-Event & New Business Support
  • Produce post-event evaluation reports, gathering client feedback and insights to enhance future events.
  • Support new business initiatives by researching potential clients and event opportunities, participating in ideation for branded solutions, and occasionally pitching in team presentations.

Experience/Requirements

  • 3+ years in event production, preferably within an agency environment, with at least 1 year in a similar role.
  • Experience managing events with budgets over €30k, having led these projects without requiring senior support intervention.
  • Demonstrated capability in both live and virtual event settings, managing diverse event types such as brand activations, corporate parties, festival activations, PR events, and conferences.
  • Experience creating production schedules, managing crew and vendor logistics, and ensuring H&S compliance.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships, with examples of successful client feedback.
  • Highly organised with superb attention to detail and the ability to maintain timelines and project management tools.
  • Willing to step into various roles as needed and contribute positively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Holds a valid driver’s license, with access to a vehicle preferred for event travel.
