As part of our team, you can explore what motivates and energizes your career goals: partnering with our customers, our communities, and each other.Job DescriptionESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSManagement of Day to Day Security Operations:The RSM will assist all European sites with the resolution of a variety of issues as they arise including; equipment failures, respond to pages for assistance related to security incidents, followed by preparing and submitting written reports on each incident to consider whether control environment enhancements are required.Physical Security Project Management:The RSM will liaise with the European Business Lines and the Systems teams to spec, plan, organise, obtain and manage resources to complete Corporate Security enhancement projects within time, budget, and scope constraints.Threat Vulnerability Assessments:The RSM will conduct on-site security assessments and Threat Vulnerability Assessments (TVA) of all European facilities. Ensuring all facilities are in compliance with Corporate Security Program Policy, Corporate Security Physical Security Standards and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) requirements.Partnerships:The RSM will maintain open lines of communication with all Corporate Security Departments, CRE, CMD, ERT program, International Response Team and other business lines to maintain working relationships and to support the achievement of organizational goals. The RSM is expected to maintain a strategic partnership with the US Embassy Regional Security Officers (RSO) and other relevant agencies of the assigned geographical area. The role will support the business lines in various compliance/ audit related matters such as, evidencing the physical security requirements of PCI.Basic Qualifications:– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject area, or equivalent work experience in security and or risk management– Five year’s security and or risk management related experience– The ability to travel to the United States and throughout Europe without restrictionPreferred Skills/Experience:– Customer service and project management skills– Security experience such as policing services, military, security services technician.– Knowledge of alarms, access control and CCTV– A general understanding of risk management principles– Good time management skills including to be able to priorities projects to meet deadlines– Excellent verbal and written communication skills– A basic working knowledge of GDPR– PSP, CPP or other security related qualifications are desired but not essentialOrganizationally the role will reside within the wider Operational risk management team, the successful candidate will also work with functional leads within this team, having the opportunity to gain a wider understanding of risk principals and operational risk programmes.Benefits:We offer an exciting, fast-paced and diverse working environment with employees of many different nationalities.
