Your main duties will include:– Daily cleaning and sanitising of the estate– Use of machinery to include ride on scrubber dryer, jet wash and tow truck (training given but must be fit, healthy and competent)– Removal of rubbish and recycling, ensuring proper disposal procedures are followed– Cleaning of bins and replacing bin bags– Reporting any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor– Providing exceptional customer service, dealing with any enquiries or concerns promptly and professionally– Adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a residential estate setting. You must be physically fit and able to carry out manual work, including lifting and bending.
