This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead our global email strategy, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive engagement, conversion, and brand awareness.About the Role:As the Email Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our global communications strategy, ensuring that every interaction with our candidates is meaningful and impactful throughout the candidate-to-student journey. Reporting to the Head of Experience, you’ll work closely with our Brand, Creative, BI Teams, and Marketing Automation Teams to craft personalized and engaging email campaigns that resonate with our audience segments. This is a London-based hybrid role.Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage our email communication strategy, focusing on candidate lifecycle management, segmentation, and engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Automation Team to ensure seamless execution of email campaigns and leverage their technical expertise for optimal results.
• Craft tailored and engaging messages that resonate with our audience segments, driving increased engagement and conversion rates.
• Utilize data analytics and introduce clear KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights to enhance future initiatives.
• Continually work with the Marketing Automation Team to optimize workflows and reduce turnaround time by identifying patterns and developing reusable templates and filters.
• Perform and monitor A/B tests, providing insight into how different approaches impact audience engagement and conversion.
• Provide strategic leadership in email journeys, guiding senior stakeholders (program owners) on best practices and innovations in email communication.
• Maintain compliance with global privacy regulations such as CASL and GDPR, staying abreast of evolving standards and best practices.
• Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay updated on industry trends and innovations in email marketing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of driving engagement and conversion through targeted campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Thorough understanding of global privacy regulations and best practices in email marketing compliance.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and drive innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
• Customer-first attitude: can demonstrate the ability to put yourself in customer’s shoes and have a deep understanding of the user journey & experience
• Experience working in an international organization.
