Alecto Recruitment are proud to be working with a very well-established Electrical services contractor specialising in PPM and project works in London and surrounding areas.With the continual growth of the company, they are currently looking to expand their estimation team with an exciting full time permanent employment opportunity for an experienced electrical estimator.The Role:

• Up to £60,000 + 24 days holiday & Bank holidays + JIB Health scheme + Christmas bonus
• Hybrid working available if preferred
• You will be responsible for Defining the technical requirements and feasibility of a project
• Sharing regular progress reports with the client and stakeholders
• Accurately quantifying material, plant, and labour requirements
• Negotiating the best tender price from suppliers, wholesalers, and subcontractors
• Ability to determine the necessity of site visits to understand buildability and risk.
• Collaborating with their close-knit experienced team of existing estimators and project managers
• Hours are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday

Requirements:

• Experience using estimation software (Eque2 – Evaluate)
• Estimation experience from an Electrical Contracting, M&E or Building Services background would be ideal
• Electrical City & Guilds / NVQ qualified
• 18th Edition (preferable)
• In depth knowledge BS7671 IEE Wiring Regulations
• A sound understanding of Construction Design Management (CDM)
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong negotiator skills
• Security systems knowledge would be ideal but no necessary
