Acting as Lead Energy / Electrical Engineer as part of Multidiscipline Design Teams
Redesign energy systems across the current portfolio and new upcoming projects
Identify energy performance problems through current systems analysis and monitoring
Plan / Action / Manage and review all new energy projects, for our new and existing portfolio
Lead complex, technical projects, which are designed to achieve ambitious climate action targets and meet stakeholder needs in line with company requirement
Focus on minimising both operational and embodied carbon within designs.
Promote innovating problem-solving methods within the team, while being open to a wide range of technology solutions
Support the transformation of work practices, processes and procedures in support of the Group Strategy
Ideal Candidate / Experience:
Degree in Engineering, Degree in Energy Systems or equivalent
Strong track record in design of large-scale, mechanical building services (hotels / apartments) electrical / energy development
Knowledge and experience in energy modelling and energy performance analysis would an advantage.
