Job description
Responsibilities:
- Acting as Lead Energy / Electrical Engineer as part of Multidiscipline Design Teams
- Redesign energy systems across the current portfolio and new upcoming projects
- Identify energy performance problems through current systems analysis and monitoring
- Plan / Action / Manage and review all new energy projects, for our new and existing portfolio
- Lead complex, technical projects, which are designed to achieve ambitious climate action targets and meet stakeholder needs in line with company requirement
- Focus on minimising both operational and embodied carbon within designs.
- Promote innovating problem-solving methods within the team, while being open to a wide range of technology solutions
- Support the transformation of work practices, processes and procedures in support of the Group Strategy
Ideal Candidate / Experience:
- Degree in Engineering, Degree in Energy Systems or equivalent
- Strong track record in design of large-scale, mechanical building services (hotels / apartments) electrical / energy development
- Knowledge and experience in energy modelling and energy performance analysis would an advantage.
