Due to our client’s continued expansion, we are actively seeking an Electrical Contracts Manager to be working in their projects based in Dublin, Ireland. Our client is focused in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Sprinkler and Fire Protection division and also offers additional top notch services that includes Waste to Energy (BioEnergy), Specialist Lift, Off Site Fabrication, Technical Support Services, Maintenance, Asset Management, BIM (Building Information Modelling) and Geo-Surveying.As an Electrical Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing all contractual aspects of electrical projects, from bid preparation and negotiation to contracts execution and closeout. You will collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within the budget and in compliance with requirements.Key Responsibilities will include:Reporting to the Operations Director and Division Manager.Responsible for all financial and management aspects of the project.Overall responsibility for the project team, labour control and coordination.Overall responsibility for schedule, QA/Cx and Health and Safety.Ability to manage multiple projects where required.Liaising with the Client and key project stakeholders when required.Work directly with the relevant Director to expand the business through tendering and negotiating of new work.Review tender submissions, valuation preparation and reporting on the same.Maintaining and developing relationships with clients.Key Skills and Requirements:At least 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.Electrical trade background is advantageous.Experience in delivery of Semiconductor projects is advantageous.Ability to lead and mentor a cross-functional team essential.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office required.Experience in Revit would be advantageous.Excellent organisational and planning skills.Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.Ability to work with minimum supervision, within a fast-paced team environment.Benefits:Car allowanceCompetitive salary package.Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.Work-life balance.Training and development programs.Please apply with your updated CV and we will contact you in return for a confidential discussion.Ideal candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland.
