About the roleApplications are invited for an Education Services Administrator to join the School’s Education Services team, which provides support through the student lifecycle from enrolment to graduation. The post-holder will provide a high standard of student and academic support, answer enquiries in relation to degree programmes and timetables, and provide guidance to students. The post-holder will also play a key role as Secretary to Staff Student Liaison Committees and provide high standards of general administrative support for the Education Services Manager, Director of Education, and other senior managers.About youThe successful applicant will be educated to A Level (Grade C or above) or equivalent with GCSE English and Mathematics at Grade C or above. You should be able to demonstrate experience of working within Higher Education or a similar administrative environment, good interpersonal skills including the ability to deal with students and staff at all levels, with a customer focused, proactive attitude. In addition, the successful candidate will have excellent IT skills with a well-developed experience of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.About the SchoolThe School of Mathematical Sciences has over 80 academic staff, 15 post-doctoral staff and a professional services team of 14 staff.
