We’re currently recruiting for an e-Commerce Operations Manager to be part of our e-Commerce team based out of our North Sydney office. This role will see you creating process efficiencies, collaborating with customer care, and supporting the eCommerce team in the daily operations across Sunglass Hut, Ray-Ban, Oakley and Costa Del Mar websites. Reporting to our Senior E-Commerce Operations Manager this role will act as the bridge between our customers and our brands in aiming to provide exceptional service, resolve issues efficiently and contribute to a positive customer experience that enhances our customer loyalty.

Requirements for Success

  • Management of the communication between our Customer Service & Distribution Centre teams to fix any issues customers come across on our website and within the supply chain

  • Managing the store operations teams to ensure a seamless omnichannel customer experience

  • Managing the monitor of the weekly gross to net performance, and the operational performance of the supply chain, identifying any trends and improvements required

  • Identification of opportunities to streamline process improvements cross-functionally and resolve operational inefficiencies

  • Liaising with internal cross-functional teams & leading projects to optimise operations, processes & technology

  • Testing scenarios where customers have identified as areas where they encountered issues with functionality

  • Managing the integration and development of new features and enhancements

  • Managing, coaching & mentoring our ECommerce Operations Coordinator

  • Management of communication of issues with functionality your stakeholders

Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary education in one or more of the following fields: Marketing, eCommerce, Digital marketing

  • Good eye for creative layout and design

  • Basic HTML & photoshop skills highly regarded

  • Strong project management and self-management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritise under tight deadlines

  • Highly driven, passionate about online retail & quick to learn

  • Microsoft Office Suite – particularly Excel
