What’s the role?
A unique opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced and efficient Executive Assistant to join our global and well-known organisation in our Bowen Hills office. Make a difference as part of one of Australia’s most influential organisations in this key role.
In this role where absolutely no one day will be the same, you will provide a high level support to this dynamic Managing Director in an ever-changing industry. Your experience managing a very busy inbox/calendar with multiple conflicting meetings is key. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Extensive inbox and calendar management on behalf of the Managing Director
International and domestic travel including agendas, accommodation and transfers
Coordinating leadership meetings including minutes, and agenda preparation
Expense management, process invoices and reconcile corporate credit card statements
Provide support for broader needs including presentations and document creation.
Assist with team communications and project manage/plan events, both internal and off-site when required
Who are you?
You will have a strong and stable EA background from a multinational organisation (ideally ASX listed)
Previously worked at C-suite level is preferable
Demonstrated ability to pre-empt the needs and manage conflicting and complex priorities.
Exceptional written skills to be able to draft correspondence on behalf of your Executive.
You will understand the need for confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making.
Able to work to tight deadlines, juggle multiple priorities and thrive working in a busy and collaborative work environment.
Solid administration and computer skills, particularly across MS Office and Google suite.
A motivated self starter who is results driven with a can do attitude.
