About the Role

sa.global is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM solutions. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to understand key objectives, define strategic roadmaps, and architect end-to-end solutions that improve efficiency, streamline processes, and enable digital transformation. This role requires a deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 FSCM ecosystem and the ability to provide end-to-end solution architecture, guiding the project lifecycle from requirement analysis to system deployment.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Design scalable, flexible, and robust Dynamics 365 FSCM solutions, ensuring they meet business needs

  • Analyze business requirements and create comprehensive solution blueprints and roadmaps for Dynamics 365 FSCM implementations

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on system integration, data migration, security, and customizations within the Dynamics 365 FSCM environment

  • Collaborate with other teams to align solution architecture with overall enterprise architecture and technology standards

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and key business stakeholders regarding Dynamics 365 FSCM projects

  • Lead workshops, presentations, and meetings to assess business needs and translate them into Dynamics 365 FSCM features and functionality

  • Deliver effective pre-sales consultations and provide expert guidance in Dynamics 365 FSCM-related discussions

  • Lead end-to-end solution implementation processes, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards

  • Provide technical leadership during development, configuration, and deployment phases, ensuring adherence to best practices and technical standards

  • Oversee testing, integration, and training processes to ensure a seamless transition to live environments

  • Work closely with other architects, developers, and consultants to ensure the overall quality of the solutions delivered

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, helping them grow technical and solution delivery skills

  • Ensure continuous improvement by fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional development

  • Stay up-to-date with new features and innovations in the Dynamics 365 FSCM suite, including Power Platform, AI capabilities, and industry-specific accelerators

  • Recommend best practices, optimize existing implementations, and drive innovation in solution design

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any complex system issues that arise during the implementation lifecycle

Skills and Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM solutions

  • Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 FSCM modules and related technologies

  • Proven experience in solution architecture, integration, and data migration in Dynamics 365 FSCM environments

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, is highly desirable

  • Strong expertise in cloud technologies (Azure, SaaS, PaaS) and integration patterns (REST, SOAP, APIs, Web Services)

  • Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Professional Services industry experience is ideal

  • Familiarity with DevOps and automated deployment tools for Dynamics 365 FSCM environments

  • Knowledge of data security and privacy standards and compliance within Microsoft solutions

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or other advanced Microsoft certifications
