Since 2001, Northrop Grumman has delivered Through-Life Support to the Royal Australian Air Force’s 34 Squadron located at RAAF Fairbairn in Canberra. The high-performing Northrop Grumman SPA (Special Purpose Aircraft) team is comprised of approximately 50 staff who provide all levels of maintenance, training and logistics support to the fleet of two Boeing BBJ’s and three Dassault Falcon 7X’s Business Jets.

Your Role

As the Duy LAME, you will lead your team ensuring Maintenance, serving and operational support for the Special Aircraft Fleet. You will supervise and coordinate the duty shift to ensure safe, smooth and efficient operations. You will engage with SPA Production Planners and MOC to advise maintenance that can be accomplished by the available workforce to build daily work packages and understand the priority of tasks.

About You

  • To be successful in this role:

  • Hold a B1, B2 or B1/2 Licence.

  • You will be willing to travel when required.

  • You will show initiative and have good organisational skills.

  • You have a thorough understanding of aircraft maintenance documents and maintenance processes and procedures.
