Having secured funding, the are now filling vacancies across their organisational plan and have this important role focused on technical writing, documentation, compliance requirements for their business (ISO, SOC2 and GDPR ) and support Audits – and because it’s a start-up – 30% operational support (invoicing, supplier onboarding, working with outsourced finance and accounting). The Operations and Support Documentation Specialist is integral to their growth and mission, blending expertise in operational management with exceptional technical writing to elevate our user support experience.ROLE● Technical writing & Documentation: Develop, maintain, and refine support documentation, including FAQs, manuals, and how-to guides, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and accessibility. GITHub to thoropass (Compliance software for SOC2 compliant)● Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operational tasks, focusing on resource management, invoicing, policy documentation, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.● First-Line Support: Act as the initial point of contact for support inquiries, providing prompt, accurate responses and effective escalation.● Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate and enhance support processes and operational practices based on user feedback and performance metrics, driving efficiency and satisfaction.● Documentation Utilization: Achieve a X% increase in documentation views and downloads, indicating enhanced user engagement and resource accessibility.● Support Responsiveness: Maintain an average first response time of under Z hours for support inquiries, demonstrating commitment to prompt service.● Operational Efficiency: Ensure operational tasks are completed with 100% timeliness and accuracy, reflecting our operational excellence.YOU● Demonstrated expertise in technical writing and the creation of user-focused complex technical documentation● Proven ability in operational management, with a keen understanding of compliance requirements and best practices● Exceptional problem-solving skills, capable of efficiently managing multiple priorities.● Strong communication abilities, with proficiency in CRM systems, documentation tools, and compliance management software or similar – they use thoropass and GIT● A collaborative mindset, able to work effectively across teams and with various stakeholders.
