This role is an exciting chance to make a clear social impact by working with like-minded teams who are part of a global network of neurodiversity experts. We are looking for an experienced diversity, equity and inclusion professional, with a particular interest in neuroinclusion. We are looking for someone who can bring their academic, lived or work experience to provide coaching to neurodivergent individuals and share that experience with client organisations as a Diversity, Equity and Neuroinclusion Advisor. This role has two core functions: The external-facing Advisor Role which involves working with clients, understanding their needs, recommending auticon products and services, project management, delivering training and sharing your expertise in neuroinclusion The internal Coaching Role which involves working on a 1:1 basis with a small caseload of auticon consultants. You will provide collaborative, self-directive and person-centred coaching supporting on ongoing basis to identify and acheive work-related or personal goals. Skills and qualifications Essential: For advisory party of the role: Your written and verbal communication is clear and concise which enables you to tailor your communication to different audiences and levels of understanding You have experience of project management including managing client expectations around deliverables and providing clear and realistic timeline You are highly organised and can manage your day-to-day activities with autonomy You can work effectively with short time frames and competing demands and priorities You are highly proficient in the use of computer programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams and Zoom You have experience and skills in training delivery to a variety of audiences You can develop a perspective and influence a team on neurodiversity topics For Coaching part of the role You have direct experience supporting neurodivergent adults in a working context (e.g coaching, employee assistance, mentoring) You possess an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline You possess an understanding of how to support mental health conditions You possess emotional resilience in emotive situations which enables you to support others experiencing stress, burnout or mental health decline. Desirable (but not essential): You have completed an ICF or EMCC coaching accreditation Experience in applying therapeutic approaches such as CBT, ACT or Motivational Interviewing A lived or personal experience of a neurodivergent condition Additional academic or research experience from a PhD or Master’s degree Please note, that you do not need to meet all the desirable criteria listed above.
