Reporting to the Senior Market Manager for Clinical Marketing, you will join a dynamic team and be responsible for the marketing of our high medical value solutions. You will be responsible for delivering on the marketing plan and working cross functionally with colleagues in the UK and globally.Who You AreA self-motivate professional with experience in commercial roles within pharmaceuticals or diagnostics and with a proven track record of creative and strategic thinking.Essential skills and experienceRelatable previous experience and ability to demonstrate transferable skills to the roleKnowledge and understanding of the diagnostics and/ or healthcare marketCommercial/ business know-how in a B2B business environmentProven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholdersExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work in a highly complex, cross-functional environment and stay focused on critical goals and outcomesDesirable skills and experienceMarketing or business qualification or equivalentKnowledge/experience of disease areaMatrix management skillsProject managementWho we areAt Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
