About the Role

Join our Revenue Operations team as a Director, Sales Tools. In this role, you’ll spearhead the development of our enterprise architecture and next-gen sales technology stack, while leading our administration team as a player-coach. With deep expertise in Salesforce, you’ll optimize our tools, processes, and workflows. Collaborating across departments, you’ll drive efficiency and enhance the customer experience.

This role reports to the Director of Revenue Platforms, who is responsible for Highspot’s Go-to-Market processes and technology stack.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the enterprise architecture for sales tools and platforms, including Salesforce, ensuring a solid data model to scale the business through reporting, integration, and automation. 
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Finance, and IT to build a roadmap that drives productivity and customer delight.
  • Manage a team of business systems professionals, building a high-performance culture.
  • Manage day-to-day operations:
  • Refine business requirements and ensure solution delivery provides scalable solutions. 
  • Configure Salesforce process automation (flows, workflow, process builder), approval processes and notifications (emails, Slack).
  • Maintain data integrity and streamlined user experiences through effective processes, training, and documentation in partnership with tooling enablement.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues, adapting to evolving needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on Salesforce releases and the broader ecosystem to maintain a best-in-class GTM tech stack.

Your Background

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms and B2B SaaS experience. Previous experience in Sales Operations is extremely beneficial.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong discernment with solid understanding of Sales processes related to new business and existing business management.
  • Technical Expertise: 4+ years managing Salesforce CPQ or at least 1 full implementation. 
  • Certifications (bonus): Salesforce Advanced Admin, Platform Developer I, and CPQ Specialist certifications.

Base salary range: $156,522 – $234,783 Employees may also be eligible for bonuses, stock options, and other forms of compensation.

The above represents total expected compensation for this role. Actual compensation will depend on various job-related factors, including, but not limited to, location, experience, and job qualifications.
