Reporting to the SVP for Cloud Sales for Europe, the Sales Director role leads CSD sales for a cluster of EU countries including Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands and France. The team of Client Partners under management are responsible for sales across new Enterprise, unassigned and assigned Clients and all identified channels to market.In-depth knowledge of all Cloud & Security Services Division domains and an understanding of the integrated capabilities and services that NTT Data can bring, allied with significant market knowledge of competitor products and services is required for the successful execution of this role. Additionally, multi-language capabilities with fluency in French, Dutch and English are advantageous.A core transformational objective for this role is to uplift the current team members into a performance culture that is 100% sales oriented on Cloud. This includes effective, individual performance management and upskilling or replacement of any underperforming team members.Working at NTTKey Roles and Responsibilities:
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:Multi-language capabilitiesProven sales leadership experience within the Belgian, Dutch, French and Luxembourg marketsExcellent leadership skills and ability to think at a tactical strategy level.Has executive presence; is a highly seasoned sales leader and able to engage and build relationships with any audience internally or externallyHas a client centricity and a solution-based sales mindset.Key business financial skills. Demonstrable ability to perform a cost-benefit analysis and manage the budget of a team.Strong business negotiation skills, influence, conflict resolution, and political savvyDemonstrate excellent presentation skills, are innovative, and have a formidable client orientation aptitudeResourceful and confidently handles pressure in critical situations, ensuring at all times that client requirements are metHave knowledge in the services industry, service delivery models, process improvements, consumption models and all CSD portfolio offers.Has a depth of relevant connections and the background connections and ability to interface directly with both CIOs / CTOs and non-technical Leaders.Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
