At the moment the growth opportunities for them are in the qual team and are coming from a key relationship with a B2B fintech brand who have an appetite for change and a positioning makeover in the face of some new disruptor players in their space.They are seen as a genuine partner and the work covers a multitude of areas of interest for the business, covering audience needs, innovation and proposition development from ideas, creation through to launch and comms strategy so we seek a qual director who is first class in this space and is a natural at building relationships and that can demonstrate previous successful client engagements. This client will occupy a significant percentage of your time and is business critical.To fit in here you do need to be driven and up for it they feel their team are the best people – clever, creative, ambitious, hard-working, fun and lovely. So, they will expect the same of you.
