Job Description GemPool is an IT recruitment agency that focuses on providing top IT talent to our new and existing clients.GemPool is currently looking for a Director of Key Account Manager to manage their existing and new key clients while providing ongoing communication and farming out existing relationships.Our client is an operator of world-class integrated resorts that drive valuable business and leisure tourism.
They have a 30-year track record of successfully developing and operating some of the largest and most complex business and leisure properties in the world, generating significant economic benefits for host regions and enhancing their stature as global tourism and business capitals. This person will be working as part of the live casino and igaming product suite that our client has to offer as part of their integrated resorts.The ideal candidate needs to have industry knowledge for this position (igaming/ live gaming) as well as that, the candidate is expected to travel 15% – 20% of their time throughout the year, potentially traveling to meet clients once per quarter.Requirements

  • Have led a team, of account executives or account managers in the past.
  • Must have live igaming experience.
  • 5-8 years of commercial experience in live gaming.
  • Leadership and Management within a medium-sized team.
  • Someone who is data-driven and loves to analyze data for their clients.
  • C-Level Account management experience within igaming.
  • Willingness to travel worldwide to meet clients.
  • Flexibility to work per different time zones.
  • Provide expert product knowledge to our clients
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all Relationship Management administrative duties and human resources duties.
  • Build out a team of account executives
  • Be involved throughout the integration process, working closely with the integration team on back-office training, practice implementation, etc.
  • Partner with the VP of Commercial to manage all aspects of Relationship management, training, and workforce planning.
  • Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with a global client base
