This is a unique opportunity to oversee all HC Operations activities across our offices in the UK and Ireland, and play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategies and initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Providing thought leadership on HC Operations needs and strategies, collaborating with UK/I leadership and global stakeholders to develop and implement initiatives.Overseeing the smooth and efficient delivery of key HC operational responsibilities, including employee relations, payroll, benefits, onboarding, and exit processes.Partnering with the Executive Director of Talent to coordinate talent programs and services, ensuring alignment with global HC Operations strategy.Managing relationships with HC subfunctions to execute key HC strategic priorities.Acting as a strategic partner to the business on HC operational matters, resolving complex employee relation issues and assessing risks.Setting and managing the HC Operations budget, ensuring cost control and alignment with business growth.Driving risk management for all HC operational matters and lead employee relations initiatives.Advising and guiding leadership on employee relation matters, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations.Developing and implementing employee relations strategies to foster positive employee relations and maintain a harmonious work environment.Driving effective employee communication and engagement initiatives.Identifying training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs to enhance employee understanding.Staying updated on labour laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to employee relations.Collecting and analysing employee data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in employee relations.Who we are looking for:You’ll have at least 15 years of human resources generalist experience across the UK/I region, preferably in a management consulting, professional services or financial services environment.Strong knowledge of UK/I employment law is essential.Proven leadership and management experience is essential, including leading projects and teams.Solid understanding of human resources operational activities, including benefits, payroll, taxes, and employment law.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
