Job Summary

As a dynamic and visionary leader, you will helm the food and beverage operations for our esteemed property, overseeing an array of services including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets. Your role is pivotal in crafting and executing innovative strategies that align with our brand’s vision, ensuring we not only meet but exceed the expectations of our discerning guests. With a keen focus on enhancing financial performance and fostering employee satisfaction, you will drive revenue growth while delivering exceptional service that consistently delights our guests.

Candidate Profile

  • Education/Experience: Bring your high school diploma and extensive 6 years of relevant experience or a 2-year degree coupled with 4 years of professional expertise to the table.

  • Skills: Demonstrate profound knowledge in customer service excellence, astute financial management, and strategic planning, complemented by adept resource management skills.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Goal Setting and Strategy Development: Lead the charge in setting ambitious yet attainable service goals. Analyze financial performance with a strategic eye, and devise impactful strategies to drive continuous improvement and success.

  2. Budget Management: Oversee the creation and meticulous management of the food and beverage budget. Vigilantly monitor sales performance, ensuring all financial controls are robustly in place to achieve or surpass revenue goals.

  3. Team Leadership: Inspire and energize your team, leveraging your leadership skills to unlock new profit avenues and align operational strategies with our brand’s overarching objectives.

  4. Exceptional Customer Service: Cultivate an environment where outstanding service is the norm. Address and resolve guest feedback with finesse, balancing financial considerations with an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.

  5. Human Resources Management: Guide, develop, and nurture your team, ensuring effective performance management and equitable treatment. Play a key role in hiring and fostering professional growth within the team.

  6. Additional Responsibilities: Maintain clear and timely communication across all teams, estimate and manage consumption needs, and oversee procurement with strategic foresight.
