You create your future and ours.The Director, Global Medical Affairs at Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies (TBCT) is a critical global role overseeing the medical strategy and scientific engagement across regions, including EMEA, North America, APAC, China, and LATAM. Reporting to the Vice President of Patient Access, this position is integral to the Patient Access Leadership Team, which comprises Medical Affairs, Government Affairs, and Market Access. The role ensures that TBCT’s medical strategies align with global objectives and drive evidence-based approaches to improve patient outcomes and strengthen scientific partnerships.This role provides a unique opportunity to:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTSEducation:Advanced degree in Medicine (MD), Life Sciences (PhD), or a related healthcare field.Experience and Expertise:The ideal candidate will have a robust background in medical affairs, clinical development, or related fields within the pharmaceutical, medical technology, or biotech industry. Target Pay Range: $205,026.00 to $256,283.00 USD – Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
