What You’ll Do for Us: 

  • Shape and implement the Human Insights (HI) learning plan agenda, comprising future consumption and shopping tensions and trends, application of behavioral science, consumer segment, cohort and culture understanding. 
  • Effectively embed strategic insights to the total trademark, which will shape brand plans, LRP (long range plan) and enable key stakeholders to make strategic decisions. 
  • Drive winning culture with inspired, engaged, focused and empowered the bigger HI team. 
  • Be the voice of the consumer to each of our stakeholders focusing on Business questions, leveraging the value of the human narrative vs just focusing on numbers and pure marketing research. 
  • Applies disciplines of Growth Behavioral Science, Segmentation, Differentiation, Habits, Drinking moments… 
  • Leverage the collective intelligence of the full Insights Network, including Global HI and Marketing Performance, Platform Services and Strategy and Insights. 
  • Orchestrate multiple stakeholders, delivering the highest priority and enterprise-wide insight solutions, in a holistic fashion. 
  • Bring fresh thinking and ways of working from external sources of insights. 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • 10+years of experience in Consumer Insights, Market Research, Analysis, Shopping insights, preference for additional Marketing, Innovation, experience. 
  • Proven Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research tools. Key on innovative and agile ways to answer questions, focusing on how insights will be activated. Working knowledge on strategic modelling to feed into market clustering, target-setting and scenario planning 
  • Ability to translate technical / market research information into compelling business implications and call to action/ recommendation to the business and effectively embed with key stakeholders 
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders to make consumer-led decisions 
  • Strong can-do attitude, with a leaning towards action more than debate 
  • Has healthy and intuitive balance between leadership and collaboration 
  • Comfortable in high pressure and uncertain environments
