The are what drive and unite us across the globe.About the Role:The Director of Global Compensation will have ownership and responsibility for our global compensation strategy and execution. Leveraging your compensation expertise and significant corporate leadership experience (especially in a matrixed, multinational company), you’ll be a key member of the Human Resources team.You’ll work closely with the HR Leadership team, while partnering directly with Sitecore business leaders and HR both locally and across the globe to provide functional expertise, creative compensation solutions, flexible pay strategies, market intelligence and analytics for informed decision making.An expert at managing sometimes complex relationships in high-growth enterprise technology environment, you’ll be front and center for a variety of motivational initiatives around the world and will be a key driver in rewarding success in innovative ways. You’ll have a strong eye for detail, impeccable timing and communication skills, and an innovative and strategic mindset.What You’ll Do:

  • Drive continuous improvement to build and develop highly efficient compensation processes
  • Deliver compensation support to foster a high-performance culture at Sitecore that attracts and retains the very best talent
  • Partner with our business leaders, teaching them about the tools which compensation enables them to engage, including making sure they fully understand our total reward structure composed of full compensation plans, policies, and initiatives
  • Design, administer, and communicate Sitecore’s compensation plans, benefit plans, and reward programs
  • Partner with the Operations and HRIS teams to ensure correct benchmarking, titles and career levels are put into the Workday system.
  • Ensure the consistent application of our pay philosophy, align market cost competitiveness, and drive the pay for performance culture
  • Build and develop the compensation functional capabilities
  • Create and implement compensation strategies related to business growth
  • Understand business problems, determine the compensation implications, then create strategies and plans to mobilize resources to get results

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 5+ years of experience running the Compensation function
  • Matrixed, medium to large, multi-national business experience
  • Ability to have a strong stance on compensation
  • Seen as a trusted advisor to the HRBP and Senior Leadership team.

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:

  • Experience working for a growth Cloud / SaaS company
  • Experience managing equity plans
